Thank you Sutou. But it didn't work and got error like
By not providing "FindArrowFlightSql.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this
project has asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by
"ArrowFlightSql", but CMake did not find one.
And finally I used this and it worked.
find_library(ARROW_FLIGHT_SQL_LIBRARY NAMES arrow_flight_sql REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(${TARGET_NAME}
PUBLIC
${ARROW_FLIGHT_SQL_LIBRARY} ...
