We generally update our Mesos dependency with each Aurora release. We currently depend on 0.27 on master. We'll release 0.14.0 soon which will pick up that dependency. After that release we'll upgrade master to 0.28.x. I believe the next Mesos release after 0.28.x will be Mesos 1.0, so once we release Aurora 0.15.0 we'll upgrade our dependency to Mesos 1.0.
That said, we don't have immediate plans to adopt any of the 1.0 features (e.g. the Mesos HTTP APIs). Is there anything particular on the Mesos 1.0+ roadmap that you were hoping Aurora would support?
