You should be able to use BigQuery sink to write to specific date-partitions [1] using format 'DATASET.TABLE$YYYYmmdd' if that helps. Currently Python SDK does not support dynamically partitioning data written to a BQ sink though, so partitions have to be known at pipeline construction time.
