Hi All, This is first time I am trying to contribute to a large open source project. I was going to tackle the BEAM-4292 "Add streaming word count example" for the Go SDK. Do I assign it to myself or just complete the task and create a PR request? I read through the contributing page on the Apache Beam site, but it didn’t go into how to tackle your first task. Any help would be appreciated.
