1.How are features that are inherent to Apache Beam supported when used with 
Apache Flink as a runner ? Features examples : Checkpointing, Stateful 
Processing , Windowing/Watermarking, Fault Tolerance, Back pressure Handling, 
Load balancing, etc.

2.Beam SQL - any plans of supporting non-equi joins (for e.g greater 
than(>),lesser than(<) operators ?

3.How is the support for Rule Engine/Rule Library compatibility. For e.g MVEL 
expressions ?

4. Is there any performance metrics available for Beam in comparison to Flink ?

5. Is Beam cloud native/docker support or have any cloud compatibility as an 
inherent feature or is it purely driven by Runner environment ?1.How are
