I have figure out a configuration that seems to work nicely with blank netui
application.
For main instruction steps, please refer to the one Greg Mally wrote, just
change the org.eclipse.jdt.apt.core.prefs-template file content to

Aweb.source.roots\=%ROOT%/%%PROJECT_NAME%%/src

And it should be working.
