Bigtop and fresh Ubuntu

Hello,
I see Ubuntu packages only for "trusty" distribution.What about "precise" or 
"xenial"?  Can I use these packages on fresh Ubuntu distribution?
Do you plan to release packages for these Ubuntu versions?
