Bigtop repository down?

I'm trying to install bigtop and it appears that  
http://bigtop-repos.s3.amazonaws.com/releases/1.1.0/centos/7/x86_64/spark/noarch/spark-core-1.6.2-1.amzn1.noarch.rpm
 
 is giving me a 403 forbidden. Is this normal?
