Building just one rpm or deb in BigTop

In the BUILDING.txt it says to building RPMs by doing “gradle rpm”.  What
if one wants to build just the RPM for a single project, say Hive.  What’s
the gradle command to get it to build just the Hive RPM?  Thanks.
