How to build Carbondata 1.4.0 with hadoop 2.6.x

hi,
Can i build Carbondata 1.4.0 with hadoop version 2.6.x ? 
If i modify the hadoop version  2.2 to 2.6 in the pom.xml ,is there any problem 
in use?
