Hello LAD, I do not know much about the SSTable Loader. I carefully stayed away from it so far :). But it seems it's using thrift to talk to Cassandra.
Some of your rows might be too big and increasing 'thrift_framed_transport_size_in_mb' should have helped indeed. Did you / Would you try with increasing this as well: 'thrift_max_message_length_in_mb' and see what happens?
