I am not sure about specific rows. To my knowledge I do not think that is possible.

I have a requirement to grant select privileges on a table to some user restricting few columns and few rows. Something like this:

8 | 1 | 1 | 1
2 | 1 | 1 | 1

User1 should be able to see only c1 and c2:

I created Materialized view but unfortunately, it can’t work without granting permission on base table.
