Actually Middlegen will do this exact thing, but it doesn't have the
ability to create a Castor XML mapping descriptor. But I believe that
Middlegen operates off of Velocity templates so this type of thing
might be easy to add. I've been meaning to look into this for some
time, but haven't been able to make the time for it. I'll try to look
at this in the next couple of days.
