can you please add an item to the XML F.A.Q. - in case such an item does not 
exist yet ? As this is a recurring theme, we might as well want to be able to 
point our usrs to the F.A.Q. .. ;-).

Don't reuse marshallers and unmarshallers - reuse the mappings.
