I don't know how urgent your problem is but as I told you before I'm
refactoring that code at the moment with jira issue CASTOR-1179. I plan
to finish this until end of the week and we plan to publish a release
candidate of 0.9.9 next week. You can also help us to release in time if
you will support us with testing CVS version after commit of CASTOR-1179.
If that's an option for you I suggest you to wait a little and use the
new release for deployment.
Having said that you can not use current CVS according to a bug in
transaction handling yet.

For testing i copied castor related stuff to root folder and everything
works fine, but it will not work for deployed appliction because we are
using jars and a different classpath.
