Hi Eric, with some bugfixes at JDOManager and DatabaseRegistry we opened another problem that apears when you call JDOManager.loadConfiguration(JdoConf) with a configuration for a datasource. Having said that it worked for driver configurations but that will not realy help you.
But there is light at the end of the tunnel as this bug has been resolved in CVS and its only a question of days until the first milestone of castor's 0.9.9 release will be pushed out. I suggest you to try out a fresh CVS snapshot from http://cvs.castor.codehaus.org/ Sorry for the inconvenience.
