This is a great question!  I would love to know the answer to this as well.  There have been many threads about this in the past and I don't think any one of them has a conclusive answer.  Is this really possible or not?  I have seen the "just use a custom FieldHandler to wrap the data with the CDATA tags" answer a number of times, but I cannot get that to work for the life of me.  Does anyone have a working solution to this where they can post a working code snippet on how to do this?
