[castor-user] xsd:enumeration

Hi Keith,

I recently found that the source generator has problem with dealing some 
of the xsd:enumeration. Specifically, I found that if the base type is 
xsd:NMTOKEN or xsd:inteter, the Java source files in the types sub 
directory do not get used at all. As a result, the enumeration values do 
not get used. Do you have any idea why?
