Where are the mapping files located with respect to each other?  And
how are you specifying the location in the include element?  I just
did a test with three mapping files (A includes B includes C) all in
the same directory (not the current working directory) and it worked
(though I may be running a different version than you...  What version
of Castor are you using?)
