Thanks for the long awaited migration to SVN.  :-)
This will make life a lot simplier for some tasks managing Castor patches.

After the latest files movings in the repository you should correct the checkout
command in the documentation to the following line:

svn checkout svn://svn.castor.codehaus.org/castor/scm/castor/trunk mycastor

I would prepare a patch for this and insert in JIRA, but don't think
it's really worth
it for this one liner.
