can I ask you create an issue at http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CASTOR,
and attach the relevant files (in form of a unified patch, if possible -
as outlined in the following XML-related HOW-TO:

http://castor.org/how-to-submit-an-xml-bug.html

Please try to attach the *minimal* set of files that is required to
replay your problem.

Once you've done so, I'll have a look at this myself.
