You can use Netbeans, sure :-) Use the Library Manager for collecting
the jars and the java-doc (I had to copy the index-all.html file from
the web site). Your mapping file can be edited with xml element support.
Here it is important to add a copy target to the build.xml to sync with
your build directory. That's all.
