I understand that Castor will pass some of my fields as arguments to a
constructor by using set-field="%1" etc. However, if I specify a
"create-method", the new instance is acquired through that method instead.
However, Castor does not seem to pass my arguments to the create-method.
Has anyone successfully accomplished this? The documentation does not say
anything about supporting this behavior. Have the devs suggested it may be
supported in the future?
