Hi Mahesh,
after looking at the issue you mentioned it seams to me that you can
ignore the warning if you are sure your transactions are handled properly.
Having said that the better solution would be to update your application
to use a newer castor release (after 1.0) where this problem has been
resolved. The 0.9.5.3 release is quite old and we do not intend to
backport any fixes to previous releases.

the warning tells you that you have not called close() on your database
instance before it get discarded by the garbage collector of java. If
you properly close your database instances this warning will disapear.
