I found two JIRA tickets that are marked as duplicates of each other that describe the problem I'm having (v0.9.5.3) trying to unmarshall a document with the same element name in different locations within the document...even though one field mapping has a location attribute and the other doesn't.
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CASTOR-606 http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CASTOR-1025 The tickets haven't been updated, but when I swapped out my castor-0.9.5.3-xml.jar with a castor-1.2-xml.jar, I didn't get the error. I haven't done a thorough test, but I think the above tickets are resolved. Can anyone confirm?
