But, last night I downgraded to Caster 1.1.2.1(regenerated the castor
java class files, and made reference to the 1.1 version castor.jar in
my project and in the tomcat startup, rather than the 1.2 version) and
everything works fine.
Let me try to pick up on this matter. Just to get things right: what did
not work with Castor 1.2 in the end worked with an older release ?
That's odd, but might be a result of a rather big refactoring that took
place before Castor 1.2 was released. As always, there's things that
might have slipped our attention.
Btw, it looks like you might be suffering from a genuine bug there. One
of our committers has been able to produce something that we can use to
replay this (or a similar) problem.
