Bertrand,

I think opening individual Jira issues is the way to go forward. Yes,
attaching fully working test cases would be appreciated. Have a look at
either the Maven archetypes or the XML HOW-TO on writing tests. In
addition, please try to keep the test cases as minimal as possible to
ease our life.

Having said that, I cannot confirm whether you've hit by a bug or not.
We will have to have a look first.
