In this case, how about creating Marshaller instances from an XMLContext
instance, and configure this property on the XMLContext instance before
using createMarshaller().

Having said that, what you are trying to do should work out of the box.
Can you try this with one of the latest 1.2.1-SNAPSHOTs available ?
