I guess I know where this question is coming from: basically, there's plenty of old issues that during conversion from BugZilla to Jira (about 2.5 years ago, when we migrated to the Codehaus) ended up in some odd state, and where we don't know whether those are valid issues (open, resolved, ....). But even with the newer ones (e.g. the ones from the last 6 months), there's some which I (we) find it very hard to resolve. Back to your question: once I have released 1.3 GA, rest assured that we'll look into your issues and provide you with feedback (at least). > I know, of course, that Castor is an open source software. Which we appreciate, of course. But how about having a look at the sources yourself ? My email wasn't intended to upset you in any way. But it happens very frequently that users expect commercial grade support (turnaround time of emails, bug fixing, ....) where thery are looking at an open source project. Hence my desire to manage expectatiions. Again, not directed at you personally. > At the last I want to thank you very much for managing and enhancing > Castor voluntarily.
