Apologies if this is a duplicate mail, I have now subscribed to the mailing list. I am getting the following error while trying to use the Marshaller method of castor ( Marshaller.marshal(<object>,<writer>); ) java.lang.RuntimeException: Problem invoking XMLSerializer.asDocumentHandler()null I have loaded the xerces jar, the castor jar ( 1.1.2.1 ) and castor generated message request/response classes on the database. I have also checked whether the XMLSerializer class is compiled, present, and accessible. I am using jdk1.4 I have tried changing the castor.properties file but am unable to proceed further. org.exolab.castor.xml.serializer.factory=org.exolab.castor.xml.XercesXML SerializerFactory #org.exolab.castor.xml.serializer.factory=org.exolab.castor.xml.XercesJD K5XMLSerializerFactory Will appreciate any help.
