Okay, thanks for confirming. In that case I'd assume that the Ant script has got some code duplication in there that (still) produces a castor.jar where it shoudln't. Looks like I need to touch Ant scripts once again .. ;-).

Just to make sure, you should use the -core and the -xml JARs to build your environment.
