Hi,
due to a wrongly configured Maven POM with Castor, it looks like the
1.3.2 binaries didn't get replicated globally to the usual Maven
repositories. I have just pushed out this release again, and global
distribution is taking place as I write this email.
Sorry for this hiccup, but this problem should be gone by tomorrow morning.
