The issue CAY-1467 that sounds very similar to your problem was fixed in 3.0.1 (at least according to the RELEASE-NOTES.txt). You may try upgrading to 3.0.2 just in case (which is a drop-in replacement). But this should be already in 3.0.1. Andrus
