In a typical app ServerRuntime is a singleton controlled by your code. You are 
probably creating it explicitly in your app somewhere on startup. Or are you 
relying on CayenneFilter to bootstrap Cayenne? (in which case runtime is 
accessible via WebUtil.getCayenneRuntime(..)).
