yes it was very strange, as I had to build it back, I have to build an example from scratch which I will provide as soon as possible!
Another thing was that sometimes the relation returns duplicate transient objects with exactly the same id (in java debugger) when switched from List to Set I got rid of this :-( Maybe I also can reproduce this!
