Hi Tomasz,

ClickIDE is not considered about GAE application development.
And Google Plugin for Eclipse does not suit WTP.
It has a original project form.

The current version of ClickIDE is based on WTP,
so I think it's difficult to use to develop GAE application.

However I have a future plan about ClickIDE and GAE integration.
Some parts of ClickIDE would be released from WTP dependency,
and these features would be available on the GAE project also.
