I was using jsch version 0.1.29. I tried updating to 0.1.34 and still
no luck.
It is possible that the VFS library was modified from the original to
implement our own version of StandardFileSystemManager. It seems like
the changes were made to make some methods public such as addProvider().
Best would be you debug to the place where the CCE happens and see what
class JSCH returns.
