We are releasing a product next week that uses commons-csv - the problem is that currently commons-csv only has a snapshot version in the public maven repository. Snapshot dependencies in Maven projects need to be resolved to a release version before the project can be released. Without an official release we will have to fork commons-csv and deploy its jar to our own maven repository (bad practice).
