[SANSELAN] How to write GPS Altitude?

Hi,
Can anyone explain me how to add GPSAltitude and GPSAltitudeRef ? I got
confused seeing type length=-1, what does it mean? I am not able to add
GPSSpeed as well but I am able to add GPSSpeedRef.
