Sorry for the slow response. See the javadoc for the removeLRU method.
This property has no effect in LRUMap itself, but if a subclass overrides
removeLRU to make some entries not removable, then if scanUntilRemovable is
true, addMapping will scan until if finds a removable element rather than
just trying the LRU entry.
