[FUNCTOR] Location for source?

Hi, all.  Is the Commons Functor source still available for download, or has it 
been pulled in preparation for a formal release?  Currently (3 Jan 2012) none 
of the links  (http://commons.apache.org/functor/download_functor.cgi or 
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/commons/sandbox/functor/trunk/ or 
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/sandbox/functor/trunk) are working.
