Hi, I've been performing license scans on commons-text and noted that src/test/resources/org/apache/commons/text/lcs-perf-analysis-inputs.csv besides some lorem ipsum fillers holds a reference to being licensed under GPL-2.0. The way I see it this contradicts ASF's view on compatibility with GPL (https://www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html). Could this test asset just be removed?
