oh, sorry. I didn't mean to be a prick. I hadn't been following the
mailing list in a while and went to unsubscribe and it didn't work. I
guess it was just (un)luck that I did it right after the change.
No worries, I didn't read you mail prick-ish.
Cheers

it was out of date for a few hours after the change, and we didn't
get
notice. sorry :)
I updated the info now, it'll take a bit before it goes online.

In particular, it points to [email protected]
but I tried emailing it, and qmail said it was moved to
couchdb.apache.org.
So I tried emailing [email protected]
and got this response from gmail.
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
[email protected]
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the
recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email
provider for
further information about the cause of this error. The error that
the other
server returned was: 550 550 mail to
[email protected] not accepted here
(state 14).
I then tried [email protected] and that seemed
to work.
Bottom line, it was easy enough to figure out, but assuming it's the
same deal for subscribing, it might scare off some new people.
