Yes, I couldn't find the actual bug tracker - but here is the

I remember this one. So resetting your timezone to UTC will "fix"
this. This may or may not acceptable in your situation, but it is
certainly easier than writing a new UI. Besides, writing a new UI will
not fix the underlying problem anyway. Also, more UIs would be cool :)
