Couchdb hybrid access using HTTP/REST and native client

All,
     This is a question related to mixing erlang native client
(hoverraft) and http client. What will happen for the following
scenarios

1. Create/delete/update document using hovercraft and view using http/rest
2. Create/delete/update document using http/rest and view using hovercraft

Will it affect couchdb in building index/view or _change API notification?
