Try using 'startkey' instead of 'startKey'.
If that doesn't help, please post the exact results you're getting
(cut-n-paste from a terminal, showing a curl command line; or you
might post a screenshot of your browser window, etc.). Something
fishy might be going on. But I suspect it's just that you've got
mixed case in your URL.
