Looks like a problem with ICU. Did you install CouchDB dependencies as per 
http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/Installing_on_RHEL5 or did you build ICU 
yourself? I haven't tested those instructions with CouchDB 0.11 yet, but they 
worked fine for 0.10.x.

Hello!

I successfully installed couchdb version 0.11.0 on Red Hat Enterprise
Linux Server release 5.1 (Tikanga)
but when I try to run couchdb I recieve followig error:
