Thanks to reply, I was in wrong about my case. The right state is:

When I run couchdb as root, there is not any error message in log, but
when I try to run the couchdb as couchdb user (either normal or as
daemon) there are those error messages which you can see in the
attached log file. I've done all configurations as documented
(including chown, chmod ..).
