Quoting Bob from another thread: blackrock.com employ incompetent sysadmins. This has been happening for weeks, to a large number of people. They've also polluted JIRA with this too.
blackrock.com does *not* control Apache mailing lists, their claim is a spurious, generated reply. We're hoping it stops on Dec 1. In other news, if you report a couple of them as spam, Gmail will do the right thing and redirect all of them to the spam folder.
