Hi Jürgen, I've started hearing reports that there are some issues with older O/S's around runtime C libraries/dll's. A workaround is downloading and installing either "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x86)" 2010 version or 2008 version, in order to get your runtime libraries/dll's up to date.
